Community Partnership Overview
As Billerica’s Public, Educational and Government (PEG) Access Center, Billerica Access Television, Inc. (BATV) has become interwoven into the very fabric of the Billerica community. Whether it is citizens offering their point of view, children participating in after-school enrichment programs, elected officials at a government meeting, a local church service, sporting events, or use of the community bulletin board by hundreds of non-profit organizations annually, not a day goes by that BATV does not touch the lives of Billerica in a positive way.
Almost 80% of Billerica’s households subscribe to cable services offered by Comcast and Verizon. That means that programs produced by BATV members as well as programs presented by Billerica residents that entertain, inform and educate the local community, can be viewed by almost 12,500 households. As a BATV Community Partner, you have the potential to reach the same 12,500 households.

Simply put, the program is a business / corporate sponsorship program designed to build partnerships with local businesses, provide awareness of local businesses and support BATV's mission.

Community Partner I Options:
Level I-3 • Cost: $300.00 • Term of partnership: 3 months Benefits: • As a BATV Community Partner, your business / organization’s name will appear in a list with all BATV Community Partners on BATV’s Community Bulletin Board. The Community Bulletin Board cycles continually on the Public, Educational and Government access channels and is visible when scheduled programming is not cablecast. Level I-6 • Cost: $500.00 • Term of partnership: 6 months Benefits: • Same benefits as Level I-3, but term of partnership is 6 months. Community Partner Level II Options: Level II-3 • Cost: $400.00 • Term of partnership: 3 months Benefits: • As a BATV Community Partner, your business / organization’s name will appear in a list with all BATV Community Partners on BATV’s Community Bulletin Board (see Level I). • Additionally, your business / organization will obtain a separate page on the Community Bulletin Board. Your page will appear for approximately 12 seconds / cycle of messages (each cycle is approximately 45 minutes). Each Partner’s page may include an image of the physical business, business sign, or logo; the business’ legal name; web address; and a value-neutral statement no longer than ten words. Also included on each Partner’s page will be the phrase “BATV Community Partner”. The Community Bulletin Board cycles continually on the Public, Educational and Government access channels and is visible when scheduled programming is not cablecast. Level II-6 • Cost: $750.00 • Term of partnership: 6 months Benefits: • Same benefits as Level II-3, but term of partnership is 6 months. • Image may be changed once during the term of partnership. Community Partner Level III Options: Level III-6 • Cost: $850.00 • Term of partnership: 6 months Benefits: • As a BATV Community Partner, your business / organization’s name will appear in a list with all BATV Community Partners on BATV’s Community Bulletin Board (see Level I). • Additionally, your business / organization will obtain a separate page on the Community Bulletin Board. Your page will appear for approximately 12 seconds / cycle of messages (each cycle is approximately 45 minutes). Each Partner’s page may include an image of the physical business, business sign, or logo; the business’ legal name; web address; and a value-neutral statement no longer than ten words.
