All programming shared on our Public, Educational and Government access channels is non-commercial, crafted for the Billerica community. Our shows are created and produced by Billerica residents, staff, or BATV members.
Our access channels reach local Billerica audiences, estimated at 15,496 households.

In addition to programming being cablecast on the access channels, programming can be viewed worldwide on BATV’s Video on Demand service, Apple TV, BATV Android App, and Roku.
How do I get my show on BATV?
Billerica residents and BATV members may submit programming for broadcast on the access channels. All programs submitted must be accompanied by a Request for Cablecast form.

BATV makes available to its members opportunities to obtain funds for Public, Educational & Government related programming projects. All completed applications are reviewed and award determinations are made based on the merit of the application.
