All programming shared on our Public, Educational and Government access channels is non-commercial, crafted for the Billerica community. Our shows are created and produced by Billerica residents, staff, or BATV members.

Producer Grants Program
BATV makes available to its members opportunities to obtain funds for Public, Educational & Government related programming projects. All completed applications are reviewed and award determinations are made based on the merit of the application.

How do I get my show on BATV?
Billerica residents and BATV members may submit programming for broadcast on the access channels. All programs submitted must be accompanied by a Request for Cablecast form.

BATV Producers are permitted to download their submitted programs. Resources will be provided for content distribution.
