Since Billerica Access Television’s inception in 1987, the Corporation has strived to provide advanced services and resources that result in positive benefits for the community at large. Over the years, BATV has repeatedly reviewed, debated and adjusted its practices and operations accordingly. This strategic planning process has proved beneficial for the Corporation and community.
